i think i was possessed by demons last night.
i suddenly had the craving to cook some curry… from scratch.
i already see people eyes bulging, widening in surprise saying…’Wha…!? You know how to cook curry??
‘um… no, i just said i was in a hurry… since i was feeling hungry….i dont understand comments like this. dont blame other people for your own ignorance. dont pull people down just because you want to make yourself feel better. if you learn how to, you would know.
it is as simple as that.
people say they cant even before they found out how, let alone try it….with all apologies i utter this, people perplex me.
anyway, i thought i curry would be a good dish for the week. firstly it tastes better the longer you keep it. the second and third reasons, equally as important as the first is about the same reason as the first.
it goes with many things. bread. rice. kebab… everything… and everybody likes curry…
the joy of Ramadhan is here. i for one welcome it. for some reason, i am blessed by its presence.

mmmmmm yummy curry. I still remember you cooked us a batch of Chilli Crabs last time and cooking curry should be easy. :*)

its pretty simple actually… the difficult part is actually making it taste good…. Mr M makes good curry himself. i remember him and Rishi having curry making sessions while i stayed with them… say hi to the muscleman for me alright?
